Cans have cemented their place as the premium pack of choice for craft drinks makers in the UK – that’s according to the latest data from Nielsen - and it’s ale in cans that are the new market front runners.

In terms of single can sales in 2018:

• Ales in cans is up 62%
• Cider increased by 22%
• Beer grew by 9%
